One thing pull behind the other and the day comes when someone ask to you something that you never did before and, a little out of necessity and a little for personal challenge, you’ll throw: so you open a new passion, but also a new branch of your business. For me the photograph of the ceremony and photography of interiors were a bit this. Let's say that for last years I have concentrated mainly on the latter challenge.
I started taking pictures of interiors for brochures and websites, but I realized early in the case of hotels the camera sweeps continuously between an inside (bedrooms, dining rooms, bars, beauty departments, gyms) and an outside (parks, gardens, swimming pools) with the possibility that interior photo also benefits the intrinsic beauty of the landscape that can be glimpsed through a window, balcony or terrace.
More difficult, or at least different, make a good photograph in a proper internal, how can it be a closed room: in the absence of leaks to the outside quality of the photography and the skill of the photographer are fundamental.
That's what I've worked on and which I think have learned to do in recent years: the challenge now is to seize overviews, but also details, furnishings and enhance them by making everything a protagonist of photos, also an architectural element capable of filling the shot and give meaning to the space.
I love capturing the rooms with natural light, when possible, returning the atmosphere enveloping filtered by a curtain, readable and well exposed in every detail thanks to digital technology that offers an amplitude of tones and excursion levels brighter than those obtained with the traditional systems.
I realize shooting gallery of interiors for hotels, apartments, B&B, professional offices, clinics, shops, reproductions of paintings, etc .: these services are generally intended for brochures, catalogs, Internet sites and publications.
Thank you for your time.
